Whether you're exploring new employment opportunities, rethinking your career, or simply trying to figure out your next steps, our interns are here to walk alongside you.

What can they help with?

  • Job Exploration & Applications
Get support identifying strengths, reviewing job boards, preparing resumes and cover letters, and practicing interviews — all at your pace, and in a way that aligns with how you work best.

  • Figuring Out What’s Next
Not sure if a traditional job is right for you? Looking for meaningful activities, side gigs, or ways to structure your time? Our interns provide peer support to explore these questions together, without pressure or judgment.

  • System Navigation & Accommodations
Need help filling out forms for workplace or school accommodations? Our interns can assist with the paperwork — and if medical documentation is needed, they can help you prepare forms to be completed by your GP or one of our Nurse Practitioners.

  • Government Forms & Support Applications
From disability benefits to grant applications, navigating forms can be overwhelming. Interns can offer step-by-step guidance to help you organize and submit the documents needed for provincial or federal supports.

Who are our interns?

Our interns are students and emerging professionals from diverse backgrounds, trained in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed support. They work under the supervision of our clinical team and are committed to creating safe, respectful, and collaborative relationships with each person they support.

This service is available at a low cost to make it accessible while covering administrative costs. Sessions are virtual and can be adapted to your needs and communication preferences.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer

Our interns are students in psychology and life sciences. They are not qualified to provide therapy or medical advice, and their support is not a substitute for professional care. NeuroInclusive provides supervision, but services are offered on an as-is basis and are intended as practical, non-clinical support only.

🚫 Service Limitations

These services are not appropriate for individuals in crisis or those dealing with active mental health issues, substance use, suicidality, or safety concerns. If you need therapeutic or medical support, we can help connect you with a registered professional.
